Nicole concentrates her practice in the fields of business and litigation as well as corporate law. On corporate matters, she consults with clients on a variety of matters, including entity formation as well as business acquisitions and dispositions. Nicole helps her clients break down complex business problems and find workable solutions.
A proud Buckeye, she is a graduate of The Ohio State University. She received her law degree from Norman A. Wiggins School of Law at Campbell University. While at Campbell Law, Nicole provided pro bono services through Campbell’s Bankruptcy Clinic and was a member of Campbell’s Women in Law Society where she held the position of Community Service Chair. During law school, Nicole worked as a legal intern at the Social Security Administration’s Office of Disability Adjudication and Review (ODAR), Wake County Attorney’s Office, and as a student law clerk at the N.C. Court of Appeals.

Lead counsel representing owners of automotive workflow management company in equity disposition to private equity firm, including negotiation of purchase and sale agreement as well as executive employment agreement and equity rollover contribution agreement.
